Pictish Christian Pilgrimage / Retreat - Grampian, Black Isle, Fearn and Cairngorms.
This will appeal to those who want to explore St Columba’s impact on the militant Picts of Scotland in the second half of the 6th century, and for those enthusiastic about the Z-Rod trilogy, visiting some locations where the action is set. This is an active pilgrimage, hiking with times of reflection held out of doors with poems and Celtic prayers shared on a theme of a rugged and resilient faith.
We’ll explore the ancient sites to enter into the sacred spaces of the past, travelling up through the Grampians, with 3 days in the region just north of Inverness before returning through the Cairngorms . For more details, see this link
